在本次施工中，攻堅工法高架KR300C 旋挖鉆機面臨諸多挑戰。復雜清萊府作為泰國北部山區府份，地貌定制地形復雜多樣。破局這里的┃泰泰國山地是中國云貴高原怒山山脈的延伸，由北至南縱貫全境。信機械平原地區如美賽、助力美索等地，大小河流縱橫交錯，地下水位較高。施工區域的地質條件也較為復雜，給打樁作業帶來了一定難度。為應對這些挑戰，泰信泰國施工團隊采用了針對性的施工工法。樁孔孔徑設計為 1 米，使用截齒雙底撈沙斗，這種鉆具能夠適應不同地質條件，有效提高鉆孔效率。在面對復雜地質和較高地下水位時，施工團隊利用打拔機下 6 米的護筒，以保障孔壁穩定，防止塌孔事故發生。經過精準操作，鉆孔深度最終成功達到 39.4 米。
During this construction project, the KR300C rotary drilling rig faced numerous challenges. Chiang Rai Province, located in the northern mountainous region of Thailand, has a complex and diverse terrain. The mountainous areas here are an extension of the Nu Shan Mountain Range in China's Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, running from north to south throughout the province. In the plain areas such as Mae Sai and Mae Sot, numerous rivers crisscross and the groundwater level is relatively high. The geological conditions in the construction area are also rather complex, posing certain difficulties for pile driving operations. To address these challenges, the Tysim Thailand construction team adopted targeted construction methods. The diameter of the pile holes was designed to be 1 meter, and a double-bottom bucket with cutting teeth was used. This type of drilling tool can adapt to different geological conditions and effectively improve drilling efficiency. When encountering complex geological conditions and a high groundwater level, the construction team used a driving and extracting machine to install a 6-meter casing to ensure the stability of the hole wall and prevent hole collapse accidents. Through precise operation, the final drilling depth successfully reached 39.4 meters.

The Tysim KR300C is equipped with a customized Caterpillar rotary drilling rig chassis, which is like creating a "sturdy skeleton" and "robust body" for the equipment. This chassis, after precise design and optimization, not only enhances the equipment's passability in complex terrains but also significantly improves its stability during construction thanks to the Caterpillar chassis. In the Chiang Rai area where mountains and plains alternate and the ground is uneven, the Tysim drilling rig can handle the situation with ease, reducing the time and frequency of equipment movement and adjustment due to terrain restrictions. The precise steering and flexible movement characteristics of the Caterpillar chassis enable the drilling rig to quickly position itself at various drilling points without the need for extensive site leveling, effectively saving construction preparation time. At the same time, the stable chassis support ensures that the equipment remains steady during pile driving operations, reducing operational errors and equipment wear caused by shaking, thereby increasing the success rate and efficiency of each pile driving operation.
