對未來房價，中國資樓有43.3%的民眾居民持“上漲”預期，較上季再升6.8個百分點，稱房僅較2009年4季度的價過最高值低2.5個百分點。高房價助長普通居民的高投觀望情緒，未來一季持購房意愿的市成首選居民占16.2%，較前兩季小幅回升，中國資樓但仍處于調查以來低位。民眾
高物價、稱房低利率，儲戶錢袋“縮水”，“更多投資”取代“更多儲蓄”成為居民第一選擇。45.2%的城鎮居民傾向于“更多投資”，37.6%的傾向于“更多儲蓄”， 17.3%的傾向于“更多消費”。
不過央行稱，“房地產投資”以26.1%的相對高值繼續成為居民投資首選，其他依次為“基金理財產品”20.4%，“股票投資”14.8%，皆比上季有所提高。
此外，民眾消費意愿低迷。居民購車意愿回落，其他消費意愿維持低位。其中購車意愿為13.7%，但仍處調查以來高位；大額商品消費意愿與旅游意愿分別降至25%和19.5%。
